My interest in HR and career development began early, fueled by a passion for helping people reach their full potential in the workplace. Fast-forward a few years, and I was pursuing a degree in business with a focus on human resources, followed by over 20 years of hands-on experience in the field.

I’ve seen firsthand how impactful the right guidance can be not just on a person’s career, but on their overall confidence and sense of purpose.
